It was very important for a responsible organization in the region to facilitate an event for the local community that would give then a better understanding of the LCHF concept in its depths from the knowledgeable.
Human Lovers Charitable Trust invited Mr. N V Habeebu Rahman (Author, LCHF Researcher – Low-Carb, High-Fat Diet Plan) to conduct a half day seminar to over 100 people in the region on the 9th day of February wherein they had an opportunity to listen to him and also to express their concerns over the criticisms they see in the social media.
Arogya Seminar was a successful healthcare event held in the region on a very relevant subject. The trust received thankful gestures from health conscious middle aged men and women in the locality.
