The Trust would be looking for lands from 2020 to materialize the proposed housing projects and hand it over to the needy in the society . Although such initiatives are generally taken by a many corporate-funded charity organizations in Kerala, Human Lovers is looking at this in a different angle – A Green Initiative backed housing project is among the concepts! These houses would receive electricity generated from solar panels and will have agricultural lands adjacent to it wherein the residents could do farming for which the Trust could extend its ardent support!

Another proposed plan in the pipeline is to start off Community Clinics that would serve the medical requirements of patients within 10km radius of its location. The number of such community clinics will increase over years to help people who cannot afford to pay their bills in multi-specialty hospitals in the city.
